The filing fee for a certificate of compliance is two hundred fifty dollars.
Payments for allowable expenses incurred in conducting the bingo session or game and payments to recipients of some or all of the net profit of the bingo session or game shall be made only by checks or electronic fund transfers drawn on the bingo session.
(7) Permit any person whom the charitable organization knows, or should have known, is under the age of eighteen to work as a bingo game operator; (8) Permit any person whom the charitable organization knows, or should have known, has been convicted of a felony.

(d) The success of any player is or may be determined by a chance event that cannot be altered by player actions.
(G) A person may apply to the attorney general, on a form prescribed by the attorney general, for a certificate of compliance that the person is not operating a sweepstakes terminal device facility.
